Strengthening AI Reliability and RWD Analytical Expertise in Earnest

 

SeltaSquare (CEO: Shin Min-kyung), an AI-based pharmacovigilance specialist company, announced that it has established a new Data Center to further strengthen its data analytics capabilities, and has appointed Kim Dong-wook — former Professor of Statistics at Sungkyunkwan University and current Professor Emeritus — as Director of the center.

Kim Dong-wook has served as a member of the Central Pharmaceutical Affairs Committee of Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for over a decade, and has previously served as President of the Korean Statistical Society. He is widely recognized for his extensive experience and expertise in medical and clinical statistics and data science.

With this appointment, SeltaSquare expects to enhance the scientific validity and reliability of data-driven analysis related to drug safety, and to further refine the evidence-based analytical framework of its AI-powered pharmacovigilance system.
